Interview in the New Scientist

The 'New Scientist' magazine has just published an interview with me for their January edition. You can read it in full online here: http://www.newscientist.com/article/mg20126881.800-inside-the-mind-of-an-autistic-savant.html

Great interview. It is really amazing how our minds work. I assign gender to numbers. For example, 1 is male, 2 female, 3 female, 4 male, 5 male, 6 female, 7 male, 8 female, 9 female, and so on. I don't know why that is but it's how I "see" numbers in my head.

I've just read this and it is uncanny. I've just finished writing a novel which is based 80 years in the future where the main protagonist sees the same number patterns (with primes standing out) and has her version of "Manti" - what a small and large world - just about to buy your book ...

... also I would like to learn German, is this a course you are planning in the near future ?
