Prime number years

I was born in 1979, which is a prime number (as are both 19 and 79). Coincidentally, Albert Einstein was born exactly one hundred years before in 1879, also a prime number. Your best chance of being born in a prime number year in the past millennium was to have been born in the 15th century (17 prime number years, from 1409 to 1499) while the lowest chance would have been the 14th century (just 11 prime number years, with a 34-year gap between the years 1327 and 1361). The next prime number year will be 2011.

i know you're quite busy, but i just came across this webpage with all kinds of interesting qualities of many of the numbers from 0 - 10,000
the numbers are color-coded for their various properties which will likely jar with your own associations, but it might be interesting to you nonetheless.

Hi Daniel,
I have just finished "Born on a Blue day" and felt that I had to get in contact with you to tell you how much it affected me.
I read the whole thing from cover to cover in a few hours and could not put it down.
I know you probably don't want fame and recognition personally as you are not that kind of guy, but I just wanted to say that I think you are a genuinely wonerful person and I am so happy for you and Neil, but especially for Neil, as he has found such a wonderful, interesting, fascinating person to share his days with.
I wish you both all the happiness in the world and thank you so much for sharing your story.

Hey wow, I never realized that.

I was born on the 2nd of January 1979 and 2179 (as in 2/1/79) is also prime!

I look forward to reading your book.

Hello Daniel,

Thank you so much for sharing your life with me. I was engrossed by the book and found it extremely touching and the experiences I had in common with you.

I am so glad that you manage to find your own in this world.

At the risk of sounding intrusive; I was very moved with the support and love that Neil has provided you. It made me reflect of my own relationship with my boyfriend.
And it has reminded me of the patience and love he has shown me.

You both have been an inspiration. Thank you so much.

I'm three years late in posting this but....

Well, heck! I didn't know I was born in a prime year. I was also born in 1979. That's pretty cool.

Have a nice day!

I was also born in 1979. On 07.23, which I read somewhere is Ice cream day.

I'm quite fine with primes and ice cream.
